Social Support - Youth

Our Social Support Youth Programs include a fun filled school holiday program and a Saturday Club. Youth Programs are designed for high school students with a NDIS plan and low to moderate support needs.

We regularly attend special events and offer individual support to assist young people to work towards their NDIS goals.

We love to move!

Staying active and maintaining good health is important for everyone. Regular physical activity can improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing, while also supporting mental health, confidence, and independence.

We offer a wide range of activities to help you reach your fitness goals, including group activities and individual support options.

At the heart of a healthy lifestyle is finding activities that are safe and enjoyable. Staying fit can help reduce the risk of chronic health conditions, increase social connection, and promote greater participation in everyday life.

Young Adult Support Options

Our Young Adult Support Options are designed for young people (18 to 25 years of age) with low to moderate support needs.

We can help you try something new, get fit, work towards a personal goal, head out to see live music, exhibitions and events, support you to attend appointments or deal with ‘life admin’.

We can even organise activities with other young people who love the same things you do like going bowling, on outings, or compete in challenges like laser tag.
