Board of Directors

The Interchange Illawarra Board plays a vital role in ensuring Interchange Illawarra remains a sustainable, accountable, and person-centred organisation, committed to supporting participants and their families.

The Board of Directors comprises of 9 people including representatives from parents/carers of Interchange Illawarra participants.

The Interchange Illawarra Board is responsible for the overall operation of the organisation including governance, policy development and future directions within the guidelines of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission, Disability Services Act and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

All Board members generously donate their time and expertise to our organisation.
