Short Breaks
Short Breaks provide loads of fun for participants and provide a respite opportunity for carers. We love city breaks, farm stays, and coastal locations. We ask participants what activities they would like to do and don’t schedule every minute of the trip, preferring to be adventurous and flexible!
Relaxation + Adventure
Our Short Breaks are relaxing. We offer participants a selection of options available at each Short Break location and ask the group to choose what they would like to do. We do not schedule every minute of the trip, instead we are responsive and flexible.
Support is provided by experienced disability Support Workers who are familiar to the participants from other Interchange Illawarra group activities or previous trips away.
We make the most of our adventure and like to visit local restaurants, parks, beaches and tourist attractions.
We love a city break, farm stay
or coastal adventure!
