Looking for a reliable provider for an NDIS participant? We'd love to hear from you. We welcome referrals from external Support Coordinators/Planners and pride ourselves on creating positive, collaborative relationships that put participants first. We make the referral journey simple, transparent, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for every person we support.
What we offer
We offer a wide range of programs for people with a disability including:
Social Support group activities for adults like Weekday Groups, Nightlife Social activities, Hawks and Dragon's games, musicals and more
BestLife Support Program with programs like Active Mondays, Lifeskills Tuesday and Creative Fridays
Sibs (Sibling Support Initiative)
Short Term Accommodation (Respite options at Lake Illawarra and Wollongong)
School Holidays and Saturday Club (for high school students with an NDIS plan and low to moderate support needs)
MyTime (program for parents and carers of a child, aged 0-16 years, with a disability, chronic medical condition or other additional needs including developmental delay)

Our Customer Engagement Officers, Jess and Cat, are here to help you with any new participant enquiries. Their focus is on understanding individual needs and connecting participants with the right supports. From initial enquiries through to service commencement, they are happy to arrange a site visit or provide you with the information you need.

We ask that you fill out the Participant Enquiry Form online or by calling us on 4227 1079.
This provides us with initial information so we can determine if we have capacity to work with the participant.
There may be additional forms required but we will assist you through the process. -
We offer 1:3 ratio for participants attending groups. We can also accommodate 1:1 with your own Support Worker if required.

We use core funding from the participants NDIS plan for social support group attendance.

Yes, before we can commence services we will need to have a service agreement in place. The Customer Engagement Officer will talk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Definitely. We welcome site visits at The Wallis Centre (Church Street, Wollongong) and our Activity Centre (Evans Street, Wollongong) by prior arrangement.
Trial visits can also be arranged on a day that we’re doing a suitable group activity. This is a great way to see if we are a good fit for you. -
