Individual Support

Individual Support is great for outings with a Support Worker to pursue your NDIS goals, assist you with exercise and sporting activities, to attend appointments, or to participate in the community.

    Capacity Building

Capacity building supports under the NDIS are designed to help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to live more independently and achieve their personal goals. Activities such as cooking and cleaning play a key role in building everyday life skills.

Through guided support, participants can learn how to plan meals, shop for ingredients, prepare food safely, maintain a clean living environment, and manage daily routines. These activities promote independence and improve confidence, decision-making skills and overall wellbeing.
