Daily Living
From everyday essentials to meaningful community connections, assistance with daily living is designed to support your independence and wellbeing. Whether it's help with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, attending appointments, or enjoying social activities, we're here to help you thrive every day.
Capacity building
Capacity building supports under the NDIS are designed to help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to live more independently and achieve their personal goals. Activities such as cooking and cleaning play a key role in building everyday life skills.
Through guided support, participants can learn how to plan meals, shop for ingredients, prepare food safely, maintain a clean living environment, and manage daily routines. These activities promote independence and improve confidence, decision-making skills and overall wellbeing.
Work on your fitness
At Interchange Illawarra we understand how important exercise is for your overall health and wellbeing. Your NDIS goals might be focused on increasing fitness to build strength and increase mobility. These goals can include engaging in regular physical activity, developing healthy routines, and improving confidence in participating in community or recreational activities.
We offer a Program of Support called BestLife that includes Active Monday with activities like Zumba, Line Dancing and Yoga or you might prefer to go for a walk or to the gym as an Individual Support shift with a Support Worker.
Whatever your fitness goals, we’re here to help!
