How You Can Get Involved

There are many ways you can get involved with Interchange Illawarra.

Volunteering - You can easily support Interchange Illawarra through volunteering in the Peer Support

or Flexible Respite Programs.

If you don’t have the time to volunteer you can make a Donation of either finances or products or

become a supportive Sponsor of Interchange Illawarra.

Donation – all donations over $2 are tax deductible and are used to support families who have a family

member with a disability in the Illawarra region.

Sponsor – Interchange Illawarra is very interested in developing mutually beneficial relationships with

sponsors. We are happy to help your business help us, so if you are interested please give our Operations

• Providing Sponsorships (programs, camps, activities etc)
• Donating Prizes for Fundraisers
• Fundraising for the Organisation/Programs
• Hosting a Peer Support Activity

• Supporting a Working Bee- painting, gardening, maintenance
• Provision of vehicles
• Providing Professional Development for Staff
• Sponsoring Social Days / Excursions- could be a one off or a series
• Participation in or Sponsor Family Support Programs
