| Strategic Plan |
|
To ensure that Interchange Illawarra has established some long term directions and set priorities into manageable and achievable goals, we develop a strategic plan at regular intervals in consultation with all stakeholders. The plan provides a framework for action that clearly guides management, staff and volunteers
Our Current strategic plan states that by 2015, our organisation will achieve the following goals:
Individuals, Families and Carers Develop opportunities and supports for people with disabilities, their families and carers to participate in their local community, foster relationships that strengthen informal networks and provide information and support to plan for their future and key stages in life
Learning and Organisational Development Develop our workforce capabilities, strengthen our culture of transparency and build robust organisational structures through stakeholder participation, succession planning and partnerships
Governance and Management Have a governance model and operational systems which enable the strategic direction and are consistent with our values
Innovation, Research and Influence Take a leadership role in innovation and flexibility in service provision, encourage research and evaluation in areas of importance to individuals and families, and influence the strategic direction of governments and decision makers through research, information and planning
